I like how she really looks like a model in this photo. Her face is almost sassy and uncaring, but still focused on the job at hand. And this pose is very easy because it's very casual. Women with long hair tend to brush it aside, like she's doing in the photo. Not always, but sometimes women with also lean on one leg with one hip stuck out. The last thing I really like about this picture and her form is the sort of C shape her hip and shoulder make.
