This picture was taken in forced or altered perspective. In this instance it seems like I am a giant holding my friend who fits on my palm. In truth we are about the same size, but this kind of demonstrates the saying that "friends come in all shapes and sizes." I think it's cool because you don't see many forced perspective pictures unless you deliberately search for them.

Rule of Thirds
I took a few snapshots of a good friend while she was taking a few of me. And as you can see they were both taken in different lighting and angles. The doors behind her are both an entrance and an exit. One door closes and a window opens, but in this case another door opens instead.

Rule of Thirds
I came upon this lonely evergreen next to the wired fence. In a way, it spoke to me. To me it screams loneliness, and you wouldn't be honest if you said you never felt lonely. And for that reason I took these photos. Which one looks better to you? Which one appeals to you more?

Rule of Thirds
I captured the beauty of my yard in two different ways. One way captures the importance of the rule of thirds, the other not so much. These photos show a great representation of the darkness fading into light. Now, you can take it in a religious way, or a Star Wars approach. You can clearly see the light is more powerful in the photos versus the darkness. "Luke, I am your father," well I guess that's too bad.
